At DevStack Hub, your privacy and intellectual property are our ultimate priority. MeshView is strictly engineered as an Offline-First & Zero-Server mobile CAD & Mesh Viewer, ensuring complete data ownership remains on your local iOS device.

1. Zero-Server & Offline-First Architecture

MeshView operates with absolute independence from the internet or cloud infrastructure. We do not use user accounts, registration, cloud storage, or backend tracking databases.

  • Local 3D Files: When you choose to import 3D files (OBJ, STL, PLY, USDZ), they are copied directly into the application's isolated sandboxed Documents directory. All calculations, high-performance rendering (SceneKit), format conversion, and statistics are processed strictly locally in your device's memory. Your files are never sent to any server.
  • Zero Analytics & Third-Party SDKs: To eliminate tracking vectors, MeshView contains NO web analytics, crash-tracking SDKs, or advertising networks. Your commercial designs and engineering models are completely private to you.
  • Local Data Control: Your 3D database and configurations are stored in Apple's SwiftData sandboxed container. You have total authority over your data. You can delete models individually or execute a full cleanup ("Delete All Models") and recover original models ("Restore Built-in Models") inside App Settings. This wipes the SwiftData database and related sandboxed caches instantly and permanently with zero server remnants.

2. Hardware Access & iOS Framework Permissions

To enable advanced spatial visualization (AR) and virtual reality (VR) features, MeshView requests permissions to specific hardware modules under rigorous, strict privacy safeguards:

  • Camera Feed & ARKit (AR Mode): MeshView uses your device's camera strictly in real-time through Apple's native ARKit to anchor 3D models on flat horizontal surfaces. Camera frame feeds are processed strictly in-memory locally by the system for visual projection. MeshView **never** records, saves, screenshots, or uploads your camera feed or spatial maps.
  • Motion Sensors & Gyroscope (VR Mode): MeshView reads raw gyroscope and accelerometer sensor values at 60Hz strictly in-memory to align the dual-eye cameras for Cardboard VR split-screen viewing. This data is utilized on the fly and is immediately discarded. No sensor information is recorded or stored.
  • Files System & Document Picker: Accessed only when you explicitly select a file to import into MeshView, or when you save/export compiled USDZ assets back into your iOS Files app.

3. Global Privacy Regulation Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)

Because MeshView collects **zero personal data**, does not use cookies, does not capture IP addresses, and does not build user profiles, the app is fully compliant with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) by design.

  • 本地 3D 模型数据: 当您选择导入 `.obj`, `.stl`, `.ply`, `.usdz` 格式的 3D 模型时,这些文件会被复制到 App 隔离的本地沙盒目录 (Sandbox Documents) 中。解析、场景渲染 (SceneKit) 以及格式转换完全在手机本地内存中秒级完成,绝对不会上传到任何云端服务器。
  • 无第三方统计与广告 SDK: 为保障专业设计图纸和工业三维数据的绝对保密性,本应用没有整合任何行为分析工具(如 Firebase Analytics 等)、崩溃日志收集 SDK 或广告联盟 SDK,从而彻底切断数据外泄的隐患。
  • 完备的数据删除权: 所有的模型元数据通过 Apple 原生 SwiftData 框架保存在本地。您在 App 内拥有 100% 的数据控制权,可以随时删除单个模型,或者在 App 的设置面板中执行 “删除所有模型” 与 “恢复内置模型”。此操作将即时、永久地抹除沙盒中的全部物理文件与数据库条目,绝无云端残留。

2. 硬件访问与系统权限使用说明

为了给您提供先进的空间增强现实 (AR) 与虚拟现实 (VR) 功能,MeshView 会申请以下 iOS 系统权限,我们承诺其均运行在最高隐私防护等级之下:

  • 摄像头与 ARKit 框架(AR 空间投影): 仅在您主动开启 AR 预览时调用。利用苹果原生的 ARKit,摄像头捕获的画面仅在本地内存中进行实时画面合成与平面锚定,绝对不会录制、存储、截屏或向外传输任何环境影像或深度空间数据。
  • 运动传感器与陀螺仪(VR 陀螺仪模式): 仅在您开启双眼 Cardboard VR 模式时使用。App 会以 60Hz 频率在本地内存中读取陀螺仪角度,用以计算并对齐左右双眼的视口渲染方向。此传感器数据为即用即弃,绝不存储、记录或上传。
  • 文件系统与沙盒访问(文档选择器): 仅在您主动点击导入 3D 文件或向外导出/分享生成的 USDZ 模型时被唤起,用于在系统文件沙盒间传递指定图纸文件。

3. 国际与国内法律合规性 (GDPR / CCPA)

由于 MeshView 不收集任何个人身份信息 (PII)、无 Cookie 追踪、不记录 IP 地址且不建立任何用户特征档案,因此本应用在设计上天然符合欧盟通用数据保护条例 (GDPR) 以及加州消费者隐私法案 (CCPA) 等国际主流合规标准。

Welcome to MeshView. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to bound by this User Agreement. Please read it carefully.

1. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all 3D mesh files, blueprints, assets, and custom properties you import into MeshView. DevStack Hub claims no intellectual property rights, licenses, or control over your custom content. You represent and warrant that you hold legitimate copyrights or usage rights for any models you load into the app.

2. Permitted Local Use

MeshView grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the local software engine for personal, academic, or professional CAD viewing, material fine-tuning, stereoscopic Cardboard VR simulation, and native iOS AR Quick Look projecting.

3. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to use the application to process maliciously corrupted mesh files designed to cause device memory overflows, system crashes, or hardware damage. You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source codes from the binary package of MeshView.

2. 许可使用范围

MeshView 授予您一项个人、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的软件使用许可,仅用于在本地进行三维图纸的离线渲染、材质调色、立体 Cardboard 虚拟现实观察、iOS AR 增强现实空间水平锚定投影以及本地编译格式导出。

3. 禁止行为

您同意不利用本应用加载或处理被恶意篡改的、旨在破坏系统稳定性的受损 3D 文件或漏洞溢出包。您不得对 MeshView 的二进制安装包进行反编译、逆向工程、破译或试图提取软件的渲染核心与底层逻辑。

⚠️ Stereoscopic VR Motion Sickness Warning

Viewing 3D models in split-screen Cardboard VR mode requires placing the phone inside a secondary lens adapter. This setup may cause brief motion sickness, dizziness, or eye strain for sensitive individuals. Always sit securely in a stationary chair when using VR mode, take breaks every 15 minutes, and exit the stereoscopic view immediately if you experience physical discomfort.

1. Rendering Engine Limitations

MeshView utilizes highly optimized native parsing pipelines. However, because 3D mesh files can contain non-manifold geometry, duplicate vertices, or oversized vertex counts exceeding Apple's system capabilities, we cannot guarantee that every third-party 3D file will render with absolute accuracy. Rendering efficiency depends entirely on your iOS device's GPU and hardware specifications.

MeshView is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. DevStack Hub and its developers make no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, stability, or visual perfection. In no event shall we be liable for any data corruption, device crash, hardware overheat, or accidental damage incurred during AR/VR interactions.

MeshView 采用高度优化的原生底层解析算法。然而,由于第三方 3D 模型可能存在非流形网格(Non-manifold)、重复顶点、或者超越移动端 GPU 物理上限的极高面数,我们无法保证所有的第三方工程文件都能 100% 完美且毫无瑕疵地加载出来。渲染性能表现将完全取决于您当前 iOS 设备的硬件(处理器及显卡)配置。

2. 免责声明与赔偿上限

MeshView 按“现状”与“可用”状态提供。DevStack Hub 及其独立开发者不提供任何关于性能稳定性或视觉百分百准确性的明示或暗示担保。在任何情况下,我们均不对因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何图纸损坏、设备崩溃、硬件发热以及在进行空间 AR/VR 探索时发生的任何意外伤害承担赔偿责任。
